RE: Legislative Language for No Child Left Behind

Per your request, on behalf of the Business Coalition for Student Achievement, we are submitting an initial draft with suggested legislative language to strengthen the No Child Left Behind Act.  This draft is a work in progress that has not been fully vetted with the members of our coalition.  We also are continuing to receive additional suggestions. 

We hope this is just a starting point for further discussion with the Committee as the process moves forward.  Thank you for your willingness to consider suggestions from the Business Coalition for Student Achievement.
